A new leadership role. A new level of language responsibility.

His appointment as Managing Director brought growing international demands: high-stakes meetings, difficult negotiations, strategic conversations and speeches to large audiences. He was professionally and commercially prepared for the role, but his English was at lower B1 when the coaching began.
